Oak Heart Investment Dashboard is a private web application developed to manage real estate investments and construction projects with full financial transparency. The platform enables administrators to track investments, operational expenses, construction costs, and overall financial performance for each property and project. Through structured dashboards, stakeholders can analyze profits, losses, and return on investment in real time. The system includes role-based access, allowing investors and partners to securely access only the projects they are involved in, while administrators maintain full control over financial data and reporting. The platform was designed to support strategic decision-making, financial clarity, and scalable growth across multiple real estate developments.
